DiscountSewer.com is a contractor directory and lead generation service. We help homeowners and property managers in the SF Bay Area find licensed sewer and drain contractors. We are not a contractor, we do not perform any work, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.
No Guarantee of Contractor Quality
The contractors listed on this Site are sourced from public directories. We do not independently verify contractor licenses, insurance, bonding, quality of work, or any other credentials. Listing on this Site does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation.
You are solely responsible for verifying that any contractor you contact is appropriately licensed, insured, and qualified for your project. We strongly recommend verifying contractor licenses through the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) at cslb.ca.gov before hiring.
User Submissions
When you submit a quote request through our quiz, you represent that:
- The information you provide is accurate and truthful
- You are the property owner or are authorized to request services for the property
- You are at least 18 years old
By submitting a quote request, you consent to being contacted by contractors in our directory who match your request. We are not responsible for any communications, quotes, or work performed by contractors you connect with through the Site.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, design, and code — is the property of DiscountSewer.com. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DiscountSewer.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

- Any contractor services obtained through the Site
- Any errors or inaccuracies in contractor listings
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your submissions
